Upgrade - do i need a stronger psu?

Hi folks,

im still sitting on my AMD Ryzen 7 3700x and Nvidia rtx 2070 super and slowly but surely it's struggling with newer games. Im considering upgrading to a 5700x3d and rtx 5070 since i dont need maximum performance and would like to keep the costs low.

Currently i have a 550 watts plus bronce psu. In my specs i have 1x M.2 SSD, 2x Sata SSD, 2 x 8GB 3200 MHz DDR4 RAM, 2x cooling Fans, all with no rgb at all.

Do you guys think the 550 watts psu will be able to handle the upgrades? Some calculators predicted around 480-520 watts max. which is quite close to its limit, so i might have to accept less efficiency. But will it be able to provide enough power in the long term?
