ChatGPT 5 Pro vs GPT-5 Thinking (High effort)?

I understood from unofficial sources that ChatGPT-5 Thinking is actually medium effort.
Is the ChatGPT 5 Pro version a different version altogether or is it gpt-5 with high effort?

Inside platform.openai.com you can choose the gpt-5 api and select reasoning effort.

I do not have the pro version to test or try, I tried finding the answer on the net, bot nowhere is this specified.
