I don’t have sibo but I have all the symptoms I started taking kefir labs probiotic shots about 2 weeks ago but everything is still the same and I don’t know what to do. I bloat after everything and am burping all the time and my poops r not normal I’m on linzess and taking digest gold, and iberogast Ts is destroying my lifeeeee help
