Issues with warping, and... What else happened here.

I've tried to print this a time ago and it went much worse, so I tried again but I had to abort the print. Im trying to print a butterfly comb, and I know about warping and how it happens, so I turned of the fan and slowed the printspeed to 10mm for the first 50 layers (2,65mm, first layer 0,2mm, afterwards 0,05mm per layer). I know I might be able to fix this using a brim, but until now I've only had bad experience using them so if possible I'd prefer not to use one. Also I don't know how this thicker part on both of the handels appeared, they should be symmetrical. Thanks for any help. Im using a anycubic vyper, generic PLA filament, printing on 185 °C, first layer at 210 °C for better adhesion. I've also tried on textured bed. My bed is heated to 60 °C.
