transferring out of pamantasan ng lungsod ng pasig

hello! has anyone here transferred out of pamantasan ng lungsod ng pasig? i'm currently studying here and while i do love the environment, i am planning to continue my education somewhere else next year. what was the process of transferring out? was it hard? is there a required interview before you can successfully transfer out of the university? i would appreciate any details you can provide.
