I'm autistic and I'm tired

I can't stand this life anymore. Today I had nothing to eat when I woke up. But not because I couldn't buy it, but because I was ashamed and rigid. I'm crying, hungry and fed up with this life. I had a wife for a long time but it ended and now I'm alone, without support. I have a lot of diagnoses. It's not worth it anymore, I'm tired of living
