Monroe Institute UK – Official Virtual Workshop: Explore Focus 10 & 12 (30–31 August)

Hi everyone, My name’s David, and I'm a certified Outreach Trainer with the Monroe Institute.

At the end of August 30th and 31th, I'll be co-hosting a two-day online workshop called Exploring Consciousness, hosted via Zoom (UK/BST timezone).

If you've been curious about exploring Focus 10 "Mind awake, body asleep" and Focus 12 "State of expanded awareness" with the guidance of a trained facilitator, or if you want a deeper understanding of the Gateway Process, Hemi-Sync®, and Monroe’s approach to expanded states, this workshop could be for you.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to explore these states in a live, supportive group setting, where the collective energy often amplifies personal experiences in surprising ways. Being part of a group can often open new doorways of perception that are sometimes harder to reach alone.
