Resin printer at work with zero ventilation, what do?

So at the place I work at they decided to place 2 resin printers on a production floor in the corner of the building where there is literally zero ventilation. My mate owns a resin printer and keeps it in a grow tent as apparently the fumes are pretty toxic but when I asked about ventilation at work I was told it's fine. Any idea if there is anyone I could talk to, or if we're just gonna have to put up with it?
