Hi all, wondering if you have any favorites for menstrual cycle tracking apps that you can use with Oura? I think I’ve seen people mention natural cycles but wanted some other input. For context I’m not trying to get pregnant, just trying to understand the impact of hormones on my body and mind. TIA!!
