Chat customer service not helpful today

Do not use the chat customer service today. I've been on chat with three different people who told me you can minimize the chat on the app. You cannot, it will kick you out and you have to start over. It took me over an hour to get my birthday coupon fixed.

If you call, they'll help you just fine.

Only posting because it's diamond 10x point day and I'm sure a lot of you will need to contact customer service.
