Is this monitor too good to be true? ( 25" AOC 25G4SRE )

I recently got a new pc and I was looking to upgrade my 60hz monitor when I found this monitor from aoc.
I am a complete beginner with monitors so I have no idea what to look for in a monitor.
This monitor has a really high refresh rate for such a low price.
If someone had any experience with this monitor any comment would be appreciated.
