Has anyone hired an attorney just for review and submission?

I started gathering documents and recommendation letters for an EB1B petition with my employer, but due to university funding restrictions, they can’t move forward with my application.

I’m now thinking of finishing the material I’ve already prepared and submitting an EB1A on my own.

Has anyone here hired an attorney only to review and help submit a petition, instead of preparing it entirely from scratch with them?
