Thinking of Switching After 2 Years at My First Job – Need Advice

Hey folks,

I joined Accenture as an Analyst right out of college, so this is my first real job. Over the last 2 years, I’ve learned a lot – but I’ve also dealt with the usual corporate joys: heavy workload, favoritism, and office politics.

Now that I’ve completed 2 years here, I’m seriously considering a switch. I’d love some advice from people who’ve been through this: • How should I start approaching other companies? • When’s the right time to make the move? • What should I realistically expect in terms of offers, work culture, and learning opportunities?

Any tips, personal experiences, or do’s and don’ts would be super helpful.
