More hair loss irritated ang scalp?

Hi guys started fin last May 18 2025. Would have around at least 20 strands on my hands pag nagsshampoo. I understand possible part ng shedding phase so l didn’t really panic. July 27 (yes l took it down lol) I was pleasantly surprised na halos walang buhok sa hands ko so l was relieved na this was probably hair fall stopping or at least slowing down. Last Saturday, l felt my scalp was irritated probably from wearing a cap the day before and not showering after. Scalp felt greasy and really itchy and when l showered 10+ yung nasa kamay ko and would have a couple more when l’d pass my hand through it. It happened again today, but this time l showered in the evening and found the same amount of hairs as last Saturday. I just had my follow-up check up last July 30 and happily told my derma na hair fall may have stopped. Considering going back again to report these incidents.

What do you guys think? Am l just panicking? Any advise would be appreciated :) thank you!
