What’s going on?
Disclaimer: I’m not criticizing the moderators, the website, or anyone in the matter, I’m just stating what I’m experiencing and how it’s affecting my usage of Janitor. And I’m not English so, if the message is not clear, so sorry, I’ll clear anything up.
Since Saturday, I’ve been experiencing persistent issues with Janitor’s website, compounded by proxy instability. I noticed other users have reported that Sophia’s site was down (and I think it still is), with the developer stating it’s due to expected new updates.
However, I’m running into a separate issue: my API key — which the website shows as valid and active — isn’t functioning (Yes, I tried to generate new ones, no it doesn’t work anyway.) I’m also receiving “quota exceeded” errors despite sending fewer than three messages (and most of those attempts failed due to earlier errors).
Additionally: • Every time I try to regenerate a response, I get a persistent red “Network Error” pop-up, regardless of whether I’m on Wi-Fi or mobile data. • JLLM is also completely non-functional on my end.
I’m guessing this is mainly due to Sophia’s server state, however, if it’s just a problem in my case, I would gladly receive suggestions in the matter. I’m not an active daily user of Janitor or this subreddit, so I’m not always up-to-date on ongoing bug reports or maintenance schedules or anything else.
