Unit won’t do anything to help out..

Recently I have been apart of a situation in my unit where an NCO has been targeting me. I picked up PFC in early July and a little before that I spoke out against my NCO to my SL and my leadership. I’ve gotten multiple counselings as a form of retaliation because of me speaking out I feel and now they are threatening to take some sort of UCMJ action against me. My 1SG won’t help because he is clearly biased. I’ve asked to change my squad twice now to prevent all of this from happening. I don’t know what to do… who can I speak out to? I’m a single soldier in the barracks, don’t have much of a support system and I’m trying to save up for a car so I would hate to be demoted or whatever. I feel like I am getting treated unfairly and I feel so lost and let down by everyone…
