Italy or the Caribbean next spring for our anniversary?

My husband and I have our 10 year wedding anniversary next June. For a few years, I’ve really wanted to go to cinque Terre. We’re looking into an Italy trip. Possibly- Rome, Assisi, Florence, cinque Terre. Then flying out of Milan or Venice. Or maybe back to Rome. The planning of it all is feeling a little stressful and I know it will be pricey. We’d likely travel sometime between April and June for about a week. And we’d leave our girls at home.

Or. We loooved Puerto Rico last year with the whole family. And it would be simpler to rent a house on Culebra or Vieques. And probably a few days in San Juan and maybe the rainforest again. I’d probably bring the girls because they loved it so much.

Last thought, we went to the usvi and bvi for our honeymoon and always wanted to go back, but haven’t.

If these were your options, what would you go with? I’m open to other ideas too.
