Hey, Alabama couples! We’re The Lofton, a weekend wedding retreat sitting right on the Tennessee–Alabama line, and we just put together a full 2026-2027 wedding guide for couples planning in Alabama. ♡

We work with couples from all over the state (and beyond), so we wanted to share what we’ve learned over the years about making the planning process smoother and more fun.

✨ **The guide covers:**

* A breakdown of Alabama’s wedding regions and what makes each one special (North AL, Central, Gulf Coast, Huntsville/Rocket City)
* Planning tips from our own experience hosting hundreds of weddings (guest count, vendor booking timelines, seasonal insights, etc.)
* Things for wedding guests to do across Alabama so your celebration feels like a getaway
* 2026 wedding trends we’re already seeing couples fall in love with (color palettes, florals, photography styles, cake designs)
* And a behind-the-scenes look at The Lofton—starting with this video and featuring even more photos from our 2025 Summer Showcase by Lauren Askew Photography 🌿
