How many people still can't get past the crashing issue?

I'm on a Series X and I probably have to play each game 3-5 times before I can complete a single game and advance. We're 5-7 patches deep now and no improvement. Additionally, there's still an active forum post on the EA site with thousands of views and replies without any real feedback:
