Unraid errors now won't boot

The other day I went to check on my server and noticed I had errors on two separate HDD, one was one of two parity hdd and the other error was on one of the 6 HDD that are installed. I am not really familiar with unraid, its always just worked for me so I'm not sure how to diagnose the problem. But I went to reset it to see if that would fix anything and now unraid won't boot past the mobo screen, unless I remove the sata PCI e card I have installed for all my HDD. I got a new pce e card thinking that could be the problem but it didn't fix it. Any ideas where I should start?
