Glow card question

Once you have a glow card, do all subsequent flights of the same plane show as glow cards after?

I have a glow card of an Airbus A400M Atlas. I can currently see two more on my screen, and both of them show the glow card. Is that because I already have it as a glow card? I don’t want to post about something being a glow card if it’s just because I already have it.
