Refund for Microsoft 365

Money was deducted from my account on Aug 04, through autopay for an item I didn't mean to buy and I have also reported the payment made through apple. I just want my refund back. I have also contacted Microsoft, they told me to contact Apple as they are billers. Please let me know if there is any other way.
