Anyone know a dispens or website that can serve a yart/vape to an 18 year old ❌ id

Came on holiday from the uk staying here for 2 weeks and I heard u can get some loud /vapelegally here but you have to be over 21. Does anyone know any dispensary or websites that can maybe give to a 18 year old? No id as in quebec I have to be 21 which is pretty stupid so any website that can curbside or no id on delivery
