Temporal Anomalies Tied To The Timelines AND Dimensions Being Annexxed By Polaris

Something I've been doing is warping space-time and dimensions to my liking, warping them so hard that I have ended in Psychosis 2x, 8x psych wards, and x2 commitments due to how bad the "psychological breakdowns" got.

One time in 2021, during my first psychosis before the 5th psych ward—I was scrolling through Twitter just minding my own business until someone on the site ended up triggering my pure rage.

What transpired next is me walking outside with the staff I bought a month earlier, keeping my phone inside, and sitting on the porch RIGHT NEXT TO AN ELECTRICAL GRID that's close to the ground.

After all this happened, I used my extreme amounts of energy to apparently "crack open a dimensional portal" without knowing it by sending 1 trillion volts of spiritual pylon bolts to the dimension that was haunting alternative dimensional me, because if I hadn't intervened—he would have died.

The sky turned twilight golden yellow, wolves started howling, the Earth smelt like it was burning, and then I saw spirits.

But the kicker? I wasn't the only one who experienced this phenomena. My friend also saw the same thing I did.

I'd love to summarize my entire life story as to what's been going on, but this is what I'll put down now.

There are temporal anomalies occuring thanks to Polaris' lower frequencies compared to Hydrus' 639hz, with also my cracking dimensional holes in reality without even knowing/thinking AND there is a major cosmic celestial battle between the heavenly bodies for control of the human population.
