Packet delivered on 07/22 by USPS but nothing yet.

I-751 (ROC)

Hi everyone my I-751 packet was delivered to PO box in Carol stream IL on 07/22. I did not hear anything back from USCIS nor they cashed the check. it has been 3 weeks already should i be worried? is there anything i can do at this point?
