Sommet Nanny Agency

Hello! I'm wondering if anyone has ever worked with or interviewed with the Boston nanny agency called "Sommet Nannies". I'm curious about their interview process, and what questions they may ask? Their interview is 1 hour long zoom call. I've done 30 minutes before and it's gone over time, but not 1 hour, I'm curious what could be asked during that time frame. I'm thinking they'll give scenarios and ask how I will handle certain situations, and ask questions pertaining to my knowledge about child development. Even if you haven't done it with this specific company, but companies that make it clear it's a 1-2 hour interview?
