Accepted ticket not being paid.

I was playing domino dreams, finished two offers (one for 17000 points, the other 26000). Both got charged back for no good reason since I followed all the rules (no VPN etc), so I made a ticket and explained the whole thing.

I was expecting to wait for weeks based on what other people said, but ticket got accepted by support the same day with the comment that the offer has been successfully paid. Except it hasn't.

After few days of not getting my points I contacted the support and for the past couple of days I have been getting the same unhelpful responses. I don't know what to do, so making a post here is my last hope since I spent a lot of time on this game.
