Does ChatGPT’s explanation for my problem make any sense?

M24, 170cm, 90kg, I take no medication.

I cut out the conversation between my first and second message because we came to the conclusion that he misinterpreted my issue, the last two images is his explanation of what I experience what I experience, does it make any sense whatsoever or should I completely ignore him? I tried asking this question to doctors before but they have no clue nor are they interested in figuring it out either, so I needed reassurance from someone.
