ACL replacement with a club foot

Hi all, I am 39 and had 2 surgeries for my foot when I was young, but due to money my family never did more than that, which means my foot is still clubbed to an extent. I've managed most of my life while dealing with pain and the such, but I recently had an accident that required a full ACL replacement on the same side as my foot. I'm about 4 months out from surgery but having a hard time with recovery because of the years of walking to compensate for my foot orientation.

Has anyone else on here gone through the same or similar that could offer some advice?
