Can i go to round 3 for betterment despite getting alloted the same clg in round 1 and round2 and have the same seat retained in case of no allotment in round 3?
same as title, i got alloted same branch & clg in both round 1 and round 2, toh fir mai r3 jaa sakta hu kya without any tension of losing my seat ??
