Any teachers here?!

Newly diagnosed- super symptomatic lately- and I am a teacher. How do we teachers do our job with this?!?!

I regularly need to lay down to prevent fainting. Can’t really lay down in class.

What NON MEDICAL tricks and tips do you use to get through the day?

Oh and my school is HOT. 100 year old building with no AC.
