Tacta Airbag recall

HI Everyone

I am hoping you can help me. I have a 2020 RAV 4 hybrid. I just heard the other day that the airbag is recalled. I have been advised that I should not use my passenger seat.

2 different Toyota Canada representatives said that there is a diagnostic they can run to see if my vehicle is the one effected. It does fit the years and I have done the lookup for the Toyota so is one of them effected.

Going to my dealership they were kept sending me back to Toyota Canada who would send me back to the dealership.

Finally I spoke to a "manager".He said a lot of sorry but you should not use your passenger seat. We live in Alberta so there is apparently no timeline for fixing this for the west.

Anyone have any solutions for me? I am beyond frustrated and very dissapointed in Toyota.
