Order charged without any confirmation

Hi, I was wondering if there are others who have been charged for an order without receiving any kind of confirmation — no message on the site, no email, nothing in spam, etc. What do you think about this? I contacted support (who are probably overwhelmed right now), but I haven’t received any reply. I find it really disappointing how everything is being handled — no shipping after 7 months is crazy to me, along with their support issues and the constant problems with the site. What do y’all think will happen to our order?
