Looking for the best joint high interest savings account in Europe, specifically Estonia

Will be very thankful if anybody is able to help. I need it to be joint for me and my girlfriend. The bigger percent the better, just not the P2P's, they are too random and risky. The app/web has to be available in Estonia, otherwise I will not be able to use it.
