Polyurea or Epoxy Garage Floor?

Got two quotes this week . One for Epoxy by a Miracle Epoxy Installer. 5400 lifetime transferable warranty Other quote by a Penn Tek polyurea installer. 5250 with a lifetime. Always thought poly was more. It's an avg size two car garage 700sqft. Lots of pitting and couple good cracks.
