Whatever happened to Ray (Campea's brother in law)?

Look I am admiring I don't know all the details but I am just as curious as anyone else because I saw a post on here discussing ray's absence form the campea show and some people said that he prefers to work off camera which is fine but someone did make the detail saying that campea quickly commented on him by saying something along the lines like 'we dont talk about ray' so that Is really making me think did he get involved with something pretty serious or did they have a falling out or something because I find it very particular that John is open to addressing big things on his channel but the fact he isn't addressing ray's absence to me at least makes it seem that its something more serious than we think.
