Is my PSU enough?

Purchased the following from BB ~ 8 months ago

Recently upgraded my GPU to a 5070 PNY (also from BB)

Also added an extra 2tb ssd and 32gb ram.

Is the stock 600w PSU on this build enough for the 5070? I've read lots of contradictory things online, including being able to use it until seeing "signs" it's going bad but not sure what those would be.
