3rd year medtech Can't pay my tuition fee anymore and can't afford uniform

So my parents have been working hard to pay for the tuition of us three but suddenly my mother had a surgery in dubai and my father is struggling to pay the tuition of mine cause my sister studying in beda bs marketing is already enrolled and my brother, studying in perpetual nursing already enrolled but now i can't enroll myself cause of a previous balance so it's ard cause we dont have a money anymore i dont know what to do cause my school will start this 3rd week of August
