I think I know how SMILE 3 could open

So randomly I was eating lunch today, and I think I know how Smile 3 could open and would fit Parker Finn’s probable vision.

We open on studio logos with creepy music playing, then cuts to a mid close up shot that slowly pans out of Elizabeth watching the news of Skye’s death on TV, with Joshua and Darius both next to her. She grieves the loss of her daughter as the two confront her, with a time card on the left saying “One Day Later.” The anchorman on the news says the following:

“Breaking news. Beloved pop singer Skye Riley has tragically died while on stage at her opening performance of her comeback tour at Herald Square Garden. Audiences who watched stated they’ve seen Skye seemingly choking before even singing, and getting up shortly after. As she did, the singing sensation turned towards them, smiling before stabbing her eye in with her microphone. The spectators certainly didn’t expect something like that. Before this show, Riley’s began to act strange, such as knocking over the elderly host of a charity event and seeing her dead boyfriend, actor Paul Hudson at that same event. However, this story gets interesting, as there has been a TikTok trend of people who attended that concert claiming to be seeing Riley in their rooms, which leads to growing concerns of the traumatic impact it had on them. The singer’s mother and manager, Elizabeth, has spoken about her daughter’s loss on social media, being devastated. Skye Riley was a legend in the music industry, with her album “Too Much for One Heart,” breaking records. She went through dark times in her life, battling substance abuse and her mental health. She cared about her fans very deeply, bringing SMILES to many with her powerful voice and songs that gave light to mental health. Her music will be remembered for generations to come and she will never be forgotten.”

As this is being said, we cut to a shot of Skye shoving her mic into her eye. Then more shots of the people at the concert offing themselves, which one of women shoving a knife into her throat, another being a man cutting his face open with a saw machine, and another being of a woman stabbing her eye in with a screwdriver. Then it cuts to a close up shot of Skye’s knee scar in her coffin, being in the shape of a SMILE. Then we pan out on the funeral, as you can hear Elizabeth sob uncontrollably. The shot gets wider and wider, and we then see Skye’s fans holding candles, which make a SMILE shape. (TITLE CARD)
