Delivery nightmare

So I ordered my first 7.5mg pen on Saturday. I got an email from royal mail monday morning saying that it will be delivered Monday.

Tried to re arrange delivery to a local post office as I know I won't be in and the app and website both were crashing/going wrong so by the time I was able to re route it was too late and they attempted delivery anyway...back to the sorting office (open 8am-10am...I started work at 7.30).

Attempted delivery again this morning (tuesday) no one in, so to the redirected post office. This post office was inexplicably closed so back to the sorting office it went.

Logged into the app and no luck there as you can't remember arrange delivery more than once.

Phoned up royal mail and spend 25 mins on hold only to be told they can re deliver to a local post office...on Thursday!! A full 4 days since dispatch.

Pharmacy2u said to check it over when it i eventually get it. With this weather and knowing that sorting offices are not ac'd im tempted just to bin in. Luckily I ordered way in advance so I have options but this has just annoyed me.

If im paying for delivery I want to be able to choose the day it gets delivered so I dont have to mess about re routing. Royal mail have gone down the pan, not evri level but close.
