Anyone getting issues with some online games?

I'm trying to play some games online to check what's active, if I can find people, etc.

I managed to find games in some like COD and NFSMW but these games have issues and don't seem to have their servers pulled down, at least from what I was able to find:

• Ridge Racer: Unable to create room error.
• Helldivers 1: Unable to connect online on the main screen
• UMVC3: Connection error when trying to create a lobby
• Arcana Heart: Unable to create room error.

It would seem like the issue itself is PSN failing to create any room. What could it be? I didn't have this issue before and not on any other platform. What could be the case?
