Suspected UCTC in left kidney

Hello all ,

I have recently faced hematuria and subsequent investigation presented me with 2.5cmx 2cm x2cm neoplastic lesion extending to renal pelvis . I am dealing with continuous hematuria ( minute ) , soc says not possible to access this mass for biopsy prior removal . I am looking to delay surgery for 2-3 months . Should I do it ?
