Has anyone lost hair through any laser removal or your tattoo/microbladed eyebrows?

There are so many lasers out there, Cutera, Lutronic Spectra, Pico for removal of microblading... Has anyone experienced hair loss?

I hear there is hair lightening... But one lady I talked to says you never want to do laser bc that will cause hair loss and now I am at a loss...
