Gay resorts: clothing optional

Hey guys, 27 year old male here. I am looking for a gay friendly clothing optional resort (would be cool if sex positive). Interested especially in rssorts also outside the US! A big big plus is, if they are wellness resorts or resorts at the beach! Anyone have recommendations? I would love to create a list (maybe world wide) of gay resorts, which are either clothing optional or aswell sex positive.

Any good ideas?
