Family friendly piracy?

My 14yo daughter has been going nuts for months trying to find this anime (can't remember the name right now) based on a game she plays, and has tried to download it on her phone.

Got me thinking she might appreciate some help, but I'm not confident on how. My experience has been with torrents on PC/laptop, and I don't know any sites/clients that I trust to be safe for under under 18 use. She's fairly tech savvy, and I can help; it's just been a while for me, and she's new to it all.

Could I get some tips/recommendations for teen appropriate media? Thanks!
