When will Toyota refund my deposit and transfer the car in WA

Has anyone here bought a used car from Toyota using a Toyota Access Loan?

As part of the process, I paid a $500 deposit before I applied for the loan.

On the form I signed when picking up the car, this deposit of $500 is shown as a refund, with a transaction number provided.

It’s been three business days, but I haven’t seen the $500 refunded to my card yet. Also, I still can’t see the car listed in my Department of Transport account (I’m in Perth).
