Why haven’t fraud allegations led to Supreme Court petitions? Open for discussion.

Why hasn’t the opposition or Rahul Gandhi approached the Supreme Court regarding the alleged election fraud? So today I got into a pretty heated debate with this acquaintance of mine, he’s a BJP supporter and we were talking about the whole election vote fraud claims Rahul Gandhi and others have been making.(for me the claims provided by RaGa were substantial) The discussion was going okay until he threw this question at me, that if there’s really fraud happening, why hasn’t the opposition or Rahul Gandhi approached the Supreme Court yet? Honestly, I didn’t have a good answer for that. I’m curious to know what you all think. Why do you think the opposition hasn’t taken this to the Supreme Court so far? Is it because there isn’t enough evidence? Or maybe it’s a political strategy? Or something else entirely?
