Which premieres have Q&A sessions?

Currently, I'm going through the announced schedule and I have a list of films I'm super excited to watch and hear from the actors and directors themselves about it. However, I don't exactly know which screening the actors and directors come in for the Q&A sessions afterwards. Is this usually the very first screening? Or is it the 'Press and Industry' screening or the 'Premium' one? Or do we just not have any clue and it can vary?

I remember last year I went to my very first premiere of the film 'The Assessment' and there was a Q&A session. Hope somebody can help!!
