How to land a position as a new grad?!?!

Job Advice

I’ve applied to nearly 200 jobs across two states. I need to stay in these areas because of family obligations.

The responses I get fall into one of four categories: • Generic rejection email saying they’ve moved on to other candidates • “Not enough experience” • “We’re really looking for an NP” • Complete silence

I’m an older, second-career healthcare professional with a previous license and board certification in another field (not listing details here).

Any ideas why I can’t even get an interview?

Some are saying bc I’m “older”….others say it may be because they feel I might be “stuck in my ways”. My resume is professional and solid, I’m just stumped!

Also, I’ve applied to any/all specialties
