Pain Help

M 26 who got my pilonidal cyst removed when I was 21. Pain from sitting down went away for 2 years then came back. Recently went to get ultrasound + MRI and get it checked out by the colon doctor and they found nothing. The cyst didn't come back and my skin is fine. They don't know what to do or what could be causing the pain. I can only sit down for about 15 minutes before the pain comes and it makes it really hard after that, with pain going to a 9/10 after about 45 minutes.

Has anyone also had this happen to them? Is there any fix?
